Masseria Cervarolo is located in a ten hectares estate, in the heart of the Apulian countryside. The gardens are characterised by the presence of native plants. While walking along the paths you will be enthralled by the typical fragrances of the Mediterranean landscape.

The protection of the environment is our main goal towards the preservation of the precious natural reserves and the biodiversity of our planet. Masseria Cervarolo takes this matter very seriously as we meticulously respect the following regulations:

• Obtaining clean energy from the photovoltaic installation for all needs of the hotel;
• Reduction of air, water and ground pollution thanks to the use of eco-friendly products;
• Recycling;
• Protection of the biodiversity in the areas directly under the control of the receptive structure, last but not least usage of local seasonal production
